PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

At RUE de FEMME we collect information about all our online visitors. We do this in order to adapt and improve our content and thereby provide you with the best possible user experience. As a customer of RUE de FEMME, you are covered by the EU's personal data regulation, which aims to protect you and data collected about you and your online behaviour. Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that will be most likely to be relevant to you, to record your purchases and payments, as well as being able to deliver the services you have requested, such ase.g. to send a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Data about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and any clicks on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc.w disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. The right to be forgotten

You can always contact customer service and exercise your right to have all personal data we have on you deleted.

Except in the following situations:
- If you have made a purchase on our webshop, we retain your information in accordance with the accounting rules.
- If you have an unfinished order on our webshop.
- You have an unfinished case with customer service, for example a return order or complaint.

Insight and complaints

You have the right to be informed which personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
