IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering goods from the website.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you order or purchase goods on the Website. The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or in relevant laws and regulations), and therefore we ask you to accept the Terms each time you shop with us. Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of the Website, any reference to "we", "us" or "our" means PBO-Group.
If you do not accept the Terms, you may not order or purchase goods on the Website.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Read more under "Right of withdrawal".
The defects rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory guarantees for the goods' conformity with the contract. Read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods".
Order
The online store is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed for maintenance. We try to perform such maintenance during night hours whenever possible.
RUE de FEMME normally accepts and ships orders within 1-2 business days. The usual delivery time is 2-5 business days. Delivery times may be longer during sales, Black Friday, holidays, etc.
However, for deliveries outside Denmark, a longer delivery time should be expected.
When delivering to countries outside the EU, local VAT and customs duties must be expected and paid by the recipient.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase goods on the Website and have a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:
- Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
- Your order was placed with the intention of committing fraud, etc. or was placed in connection with a criminal offense or other illegal activity
- An unintentional error occurs on the Website, e.g. a payment error or similar.
- We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age
At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?
Before placing your order, you have the option to change the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice information or payment information. You also have the option to change the items or remove items from your shopping cart.
When you click "Buy and pay", a receipt will appear on your screen. From that point on, you are bound by the purchase agreement. Please read more under "Right of withdrawal". Please contact our Customer Service if you made a mistake when placing your order - they are ready to help you.
You will receive an order confirmation in an email.
After the agreement has been concluded, the rules on the right of withdrawal apply, see below.
Language of the agreement
The agreement can only be concluded in Danish.
Access to the agreement
You will receive a confirmation of the content of the agreement and a copy of these Terms and Conditions by email. We store concluded agreements, including the order confirmation, for a certain period of time, and we recommend that you also save these documents, as they will not necessarily be subsequently available on the Website. Anti-fraud measures
In order to protect you and our other customers from fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we may conduct verification checks. The verification check may include the data that you submit when you order on the Website, including your address and payment information.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods:

- Mobilepay (offered to customers in Denmark)
Check digits (Credit Card Verification Number (CVV))
If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's verification numbers. You will find the three verification numbers on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the back of the credit card. The verification numbers are necessary for the payment to be completed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar security measures
Payment procedure
When your item leaves our warehouse for delivery, your payment will be charged to your chosen payment service.
PRICES AND DELIVERY
All prices listed for goods, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT and duties.
Costs related to delivery, shipping or postage may vary and are added to each order.
Currency
Prices on the Website are displayed in Danish kroner when ordering from Denmark and in euros from other countries. Your delivery address determines which currency you will be charged in.
Please note that changing the country to which delivery is to take place may affect price and delivery costs.

RESERVATION
During particularly busy periods (e.g. Christmas) delivery times may be longer. This will generally be stated on our website.
We reserve the right to deliver to a different delivery location than the one you selected if the delivery location you selected is full. If this is the case, we will deliver your order to a delivery location selected by the carrier.
Separate deliveries
If your order consists of multiple items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of ordering. You will be informed that your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
In the case of several different goods ordered in one order but delivered individually (i.e. separate deliveries), the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.
In the case of a product consisting of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or part.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact details below) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement - e.g. by e-mail.
The withdrawal period is met if you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of regret
If you exercise your right of withdrawal under this Agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post office/carrier.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
DEFECTIVE GOODS AND INCORRECT GOODS
If your item is defective or we have delivered the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service. If you can already identify the defect, etc. at the time the carrier wants to make delivery, you should refuse to receive the item.
In the event of a defective item or incorrect item, you can choose between the following options:
- Return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs once our Customer Service has processed the returned item,
- Return the item and receive a similar item once our Customer Service has processed the return item, provided we can deliver a similar item, or
- Keep the item and request a proportionate reduction in the purchase price
When you contact Customer Service, you must provide the order number, possibly the item number, and describe what is wrong with the item, etc.
You are not responsible for any costs associated with returning a defective or incorrect item. We will of course refund the purchase price and original delivery costs once we have received the item back, unless you receive a new item to replace the original item.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Updating the website
We do our best to update the Website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. However, spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods may occur, and sometimes we discover that the price of an item is stated incorrectly.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the Terms if the delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Completeness of the agreement
These Terms constitute the complete terms of the agreement between us.
Invalidity
If one or more of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions are declared wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
Transfer
We are entitled to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement concluded with you to a third party. The transfer is of course subject to the condition that the standard of service you receive is not impaired. We will notify you of any such transfer. By accepting these terms, you consent to any such future transfer. At the same time, you accept that from the time we have notified you of the transfer, your rights can only be asserted against the third party in question.
Personal information
We treat your personal information confidentially. Please read our Privacy Policy , which explains how we use the personal information you provide us in connection with the ordering process and your use of the Website in general.
Access to complaints
You are of course always welcome to contact our Customer Service if you have any complaints about an item you have purchased from us. Our Customer Service can be contacted by telephone, by email and by regular mail. You can find the contact information for our Customer Service under 'General information' above.
You can also file a complaint about a product you have purchased from us to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can file a complaint to the Center for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Applicable law and venue
Any agreement entered into between us under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, shall be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
