At RUE de FEMME, we want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you have a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order.
If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the return period applies from the receipt of the last item.

Customers residing in Denmark
- Return label is created via the return portal and sent as a QR code.
- DKK 60 will be deducted for return shipping costs upon refund.
Customers residing in the EU
- Return label is created via the return portal and sent as a QR code.
- Return costs vary by country and are displayed in the return portal.
Customers residing in Norway, UK & Switzerland
You must purchase a return label yourself and send the package to:

Please note that returns from countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and handling fees.
Important information
- Items must be returned securely packaged.
- You are responsible for the package until it is received by us.
- We recommend that you save the receipt and tracking number.
- We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).
Once your return is received and approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Condition of item upon return
Items must be returned in their original condition. You are only liable for any depreciation in value due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the item's nature, characteristics, and function.
If the item is used or damaged beyond this, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
